The 20-second teaser clip, was released by director SS Rajamouli on Twitter on May 30, and it has crossed 4 lakh views on YouTube within 12 hours. Director of Telugu magum opus Bahubali, SS Rajamouli, tweeted that a teaser trailer for the movie will be out on May 31, but they have given a surprise by tweeting it today. However, the full-feldged trailer will be out on June 1.
The teaser of SS Rajamouli’s ambitious new project Baahubali is out. Set in the times of kings and queens, the 20-second teaser fittingly opens with a war scene, with barren, dusty mountains in the backdrop. As the camera moves, its glides past a couple of stone soldiers standing on guard.
The teaser introduces us to the two main characters in this period drama -- Bhallava Deva, the antagonist (played by Rana Daggubati) and of course, Baahubali (also called Sivudu, played by Prabhas).

The two-part Indian epic film which is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages. The film will also be dubbed into English, French, Hindi, Malayalam and in several foreign languages. Featuring actors Prabhas Varma, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah in the lead roles, Bahubali is scheduled to release on July 10.
